Shipping and Returns

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased and may take up additional time to process as exchanges are processed when we return item has arrived to our facility and

(ii) the following products are not eligible for return.Product that is visibly used, pet products feminine products, electronics products received not in the original packaging without a receipt.

​All electronics are in new working condition fully tested prior to shipment .It is your duty to refer to the size charts and descriptions and purchase the right size.

  1. Exchanges & refunds within 30 days of delivery date...Just contact us and email the receipt and we begin the process of the exchange and provide you with a return shipping label If needed. Any refunds or request for cancellations will be processed once the merchandise is shipped back and in our possession. any orders placed before 12 midnight EST will be processed the next dayEXCHANGE  OPTIONSFor exchanges (sizes colors) and faster processing, once you have contacted us regarding the exchange the fastest option would be to repurchase the original item desired with the desired size /color etc.  We will refund the exact amount of Your original purchase and Order # and ship your new item immediately.

NOTE; You must still ship the item you are exchanging by the return date provided to avoid possible delays and extra fees. 


​Shipping and Order Fulfillment.


 Orders that are in stock and do not require any custom printing designing or embroidery typically take 1-3 days to fulfill. Prior to shipment email will be sent with progress of your order.  Tracking number is emailed once the order is shipped.


Free shipping service may take 7 to 21 calendar days for Domestic orders.

Free shipping for International orders may take up to 30 days. Duty taxes and additional custom fees may be applied.
